The staff was excellent and resolved my issues. the breakfast was gorgeous with croissants, excellent coffee, and champagne - the best I had in Paris. - the location was marvelous for Paris, near Sorbonne, Notre Dame, shops, restaurants.

Everything was very good during 3 days, enjoyed its marvellous location close to the public transport, metro & walk, and many attractions. The breakfast had delicious choices, including slices of fresh bread, pastries and meats, sadly we didn't have time and didn't try all of it. The room was very tiny, exceptionally comfortable bed.

This hotel is in a great location, close to Cluny Museum. It's in a nice area, right next to a train station, restaurants, supermarkets, the metro, Sorbonne.

The location near the Pantheon and universities as well as Notre Dame and St. Chapelle is great. Room on the top floor was very nice.
I sense the elevator has been out of order for some time and it certainly was not being worked on while we were there, so the six flights up to the room were more than adequate to keep us in shape.

Before my two day stay here in 2011, I had previously stayed there for a week in 1983. Over the years, the hotel has lost its friendly family atmosphere; maybe a sign of our era. The staff were courteous and efficient, the hotel clean and tidy, but times are strict. Don't check out late! I checked out 2 minutes before the deadline and was reminded how fine I left it. There's a penalty for late check out. Well located for Metro and Latin Quarter Restaurants and Jazz Clubs.

The location in Paris was fabulous, close to restaurants, supermarkets, the metro, and the heart of the Quartier Latin. Our room was a classic queen room with a large bed and comfortable pillows that we really enjoyed.

Location was great and the insulated windows kept the noise out!

The location of the hotel was great except for a bit too much streey noise. The room was updated and clean. The breakfasts were excellent and the staff friendly.
The elevator was broken. The original room that was chosen for us was dark and had a "wall" view. After discussion, we were given a different room.
